Tivvity (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy.
Information We Collect
Your time entries and personal data are stored locally on your device by default. We do not collect your name, email, or any personally identifying information.
We may collect limited, non-identifying analytics data to improve the app, including:
- Device information (OS version, app version)
- Feature usage patterns
- Anonymous identifiers
We do not collect:
- Names or email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Location data
- Contacts
- Photos, videos, or audio
- Your actual time tracking data
- Advertising or tracking identifiers
How We Use Information
Your data is stored locally on your device and is used solely for app functionality.
We do not use data for advertising or tracking.
Third-Party Services
Tivvity uses the following trusted third-party services:
- RevenueCat — for subscription and purchase management
- Apple In-App Purchases — for processing payments
These services may collect limited data as described in their respective privacy policies.
Analytics and Usage Data
We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how users interact with our app and improve the experience. This analytics collection is optional and can be disabled in the app settings.

Data Retention
We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide app functionality.
Data Deletion
You can delete all app data by deleting the app from your device.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Tivvity offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No personal financial information is collected or stored by Tivvity.
Children's Privacy
Tivvity does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page.
