Terms of Use for Tivvity

By downloading or using Tivvity ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Tivvity is a personal time tracking app. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
By using Tivvity, you agree to our use of analytics services to improve the app experience as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Monthly Subscription: Includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your Apple ID account will be charged the subscription price each month. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Lifetime Access: A one-time, non-refundable purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features. No subscription or recurring charges.
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Tivvity does not collect or store any payment information.
Free and Pro Features
Tivvity offers both free and premium (Pro) features. Free features include unlimited categories, activities, and current time period views. Pro features include historical views, goals, and data export. Feature availability may change over time.
User Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Tivvity, including time entries, categories, and activities. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and functionality of Tivvity are owned by Tivvity and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove the App from the App Store at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tivvity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tivvity and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Apple's Standard EULA
Use of this App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
